20 x Crunch-Press (a sit-up with a chest press using a med ball)
40 x toe-touch box jumps
20 x crunch-press
30 x toe-touch box jumps
20 crunch-press
20 x toe-touch box jumps
20 crunch-press
10 x toe-touch box jumps
20 crunch-press
