Weekly Workout Monday 23/08/2010

Quick, but not easy!

Normal warm-up cool-down rules apply then:

Start in the standing position, touch toes then jump onto a 24" box platform, repeat 50 times.
20 x Crunch-Press (a sit-up with a chest press using a med ball)
40 x toe-touch box jumps
20 x crunch-press
30 x toe-touch box jumps
20 crunch-press
20 x toe-touch box jumps
20 crunch-press
10 x toe-touch box jumps
20 crunch-press
finished!!
