Welcome to the PT Fitness blog

Hi to you all, I'm Chris Nash, the head trainer and partner at PT Fitness.
We have decided to create this blog to run alongside our website so we give more input and advice to all our clients, then we thought why not make it public so everybody could view what it is we do, and get involved in there own way.
So Here it is, now I will admit right now that I'm not an old hat at this blogging stuff, so this will be a bit of a learning curve for me, so please be patient while I figure it all out!!
