50 x Dead-lifts
50 x Push-ups
Row 400 meters
40 x Dead-lifts
40 x Push-ups
Row 300 meters
30 x Dead-lifts
30 x Push-ups
Row 200 meters
20 x Dead-lifts
20 x Push-ups
Row 100 meters
10 x Dead-lifts
10 x Push-ups.
This is a hard core session, warm-up & cool-down with stretches suitably.
