As normal make sure you warm up, cool down & stretch suitably.
5 minutes on the rower or 1000 meters (which comes first)
5 minutes Bur-pees (just keep moving)
3 minutes on the punch bag or pads & mitts
2 minutes of crunches
5 minutes on the rower or 1000 meters
You should find this nice a grueling on the body, make sure you re-fuel after!
